Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how CRE Pipeline ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use CRE Pipeline AI.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email, and authentication details.
- Property, deal, and workflow data you provide in the platform.
- Support and diagnostics information needed to operate the service.
- Authorized third-party integration data (such as Gmail data), when enabled by the user.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide core platform features and automate requested workflows.
- To improve reliability, security, and product quality.
- To respond to support requests and service communications.
3. Google User Data Policy
If you connect Google services, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not share Google user data except to provide requested features, comply with law, or protect security.
- We access only scopes required for enabled features.
4. Data Retention and Security
We retain data only as needed for service operation, legal obligations, and security. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.
5. User Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. You can also revoke Google API access from your Google account permissions page.
6. Analytics cookies
On public marketing pages and the signup page we may use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-5B32TRB21H), Microsoft Clarity (project ID y2u5mhc1zg) and the Google Ads tag (AW-18391926126). These tools help us understand how people reach CRE Pipeline, move between public pages, and measure our own Search ads after you accept analytics. They are not the source of truth for signups, document processing, checkout or payment. Those events stay in our first-party product logs and Stripe.
If you choose Accept analytics, these tools may collect:
- page path and title, approximate device and browser data, and referrer;
- clicks, scroll depth and similar interaction data on public pages;
- campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign when present in the page URL.
Microsoft Clarity is configured in Strict masking mode and is loaded only on the landing, pricing, docs and signup pages. The signup form is additionally marked for masking. Authenticated product screens — dashboard, deal records, documents, AI chat and billing — do not load Clarity or the Google Ads tag. This website code does not send document contents, filenames, document URLs, chat text, form field values, email addresses, names, local user IDs or magic-link tokens to Google Analytics, Google Ads or Clarity.
After Accept analytics we load the Google Ads tag to measure our own Search ads. Ad personalization and remarketing remain off. Advertising storage is used only for that measurement after consent. We do not send Google Ads conversion events until conversion labels are configured in Google Ads.
7. Changing analytics consent
Analytics cookies stay off until you choose Accept analytics. You can Reject,
or open Cookie settings later from the page footer. Founder and test visits can
also set the first-party cookie cre_analytics_optout=1 to keep
analytics vendors from loading. Changing consent applies to this browser on
crepipeline.ai domains; it does not delete historical records already stored by
Google or Microsoft, and it does not change your CRE Pipeline account data.
